Air filters on a cb550

Any suggestions on putting K&N pod filters over Uni's straight foam sock? Does one preform better than the other?

Couldn't tell ya anything about the K&N on those, but I ran the uni foam pods on 'em and they worked well when cleaned and oiled correctly. Definitely re-jet properly for them though.
