The abuse I take

My oldest daughter keeps referring to my beloved K0 as moped. I get no respect  :)  :-\

Ha ha, just the other morning my daughter told my wife, there goes daddy on that raggedy old bike.

Cause she heard it spit and sputter a little, cause its cold nature. Not like my Harley (fuel inj and just takes off)

I did however, run out of gas and had to call back home for help, they laughed at me.

I told my daughter this morning, it is a classic and not raggedy.

Keep your chip up,
one day the kid will want your bike to show off with.
Laugh at least once a day.

That's the other thing I said to my daughter. When I ride this bike people just walk right up and start talking and asking questions, cause they think it looks kewl and different.

I don't get that with the Harley.

Then I pointed to the 350F and told her, wait till I get that one on the road. She'll have to sit on it and I guarantee she'll want to ride it.

She then said, "yeah, I do want to learn how to ride." I told her that would be a good one to learn on.

Anybody knows the movie Aristocats?  If you have kids you proly know it - the butlers motorcycle is the other thing my bike is compared to :)

Yes, in few years she will be pinching my keys, I am sure:)

She is the one we took Prague, Basil, Lyon, Loira, Paris, Prague before she was born. and she is the last one to have a lip - the planned 1996  trip to Norway got scratched because of her:)

My wife told me today that my 550 was only worth a penny. The joke is on her, she has no idea I could easily sell it for $2K!!
