Topic: Will any other engine fit in a cb350f frame?

I recently had a valve get stuck open and totally f things up.  just wondering if anybody has dropped anything else in a 350f frame or modded the frame to fit another engine.
I prefer  to go a little bigger if possible.

The only other engine that MAY fit without extensive alteration would be the CB400F which came out following that CB350F. The engine cases may be the same.
The 400 four had one extra gear.

I thought that it would.
And an extra gear would be freakin awesome.  I always thought my 350f needed one more.
Anybody have a 400f they want to get rid of let me know.

400 fits, the cases are the same and fit the same frame. But you need to change foot pegs and controls. Maybe a few other pieces.

I have forward controls so the pegs shouldnt be an issue.  Should they?

why don't you just add the other gear?

engine wil fit  with no modifications to frame  but cases are not the same so the extra gear wont fit in the 350 cases

Im suppose to go to a salvage yard tomorrow to see what i can find,  hopefully there is a 400 laying around
