Saw a large poster of this ad at a local Ace store.  I was thinking about asking them if I could have it when they're done with it (it would look good on the wall in the garage ).

yeah i posted on this awhile back.  I work(ed) at Ace, today was my last day, and snagged a large poster to put in my building, once i can afford to build one. 

A little advertising for them. . .tomorrow is the last day for a couple of weeks to get a free quart of paint (interior flat) of the new line that they use they poster to push

So is this paint an ACE brand or would that poster be at other paint stores? I would love to have that poster for my new shop.

Think that is ACE specific Johnie. Bob Wessner has one scoped out here in Michigan when their done and he mentioned that he contacted corporate also to see if any are available for to the public or for sale. Hopefully if he see's this he will chime in. Sure a bunch of folks,myself included would like one.

yep, just sold at Ace Hardware.  Each store should have received about 4 of those posters for their advertisements but some of the bigger ones may have gotten more.  They had the cardboard cut outs of the colored people, I wish they had the bike.

I got the poster from my local Ace Hardware. I read on another motorcycle site  (Maybe Honda Twins) that the promotion just ended, so they are taking down those posters in the last week or so. If you want one, now's the time to run down to your local store and ask. It turns out that I was there asking before the staff knew that the promotion was over. They called me the next day to tell me I could come get my poster.

The day I went down to ask for the poster, I took a box of cookies with me for the staff, just to be sure my request would be taken seriously!
