I'm going to check out this 750 in a bit.  K2 in a K8 frame.

I have 2 major questions.
Can you guys tell if those are K2 or K8 carbs?
If they are K8 carbs, are they tunable to the K2?
(the soon to be PO says it currently doesnt run and it ran poorly.  wondering if its mismatched carbs)

Those are 78 PD carbs. You can tell by the "keyhole" shaped carb slide covers. The early model carbs are round. It also has a 78K tank.

Ok, good to know. Thx BrandEn.
would there be any major hurdles in tuning them to the K2 engine?

Sorry but I can't really comment on the tuning. I am sure anything is possible. You can always get early model carbs and airbox as an option. Good Luck!
