Does Anyone Know a Reputable Canadian Pharmacy
« on: April 05, 2012, 06:59:27 PM »
I need a Canadian Pharmacy that will ship to the US. I need a reputable outfit. Nothing shady going on here, all straight up. PM me privately if you have a recommendation.

I prefer the mexican pharmacy, less questions asked and scripts requested.

I will look into this Canada drug place. I really don't want to deal in Mexico. Like I said this is nothing shady. I just refuse to be taken advantage of.

I have been told that what I am taking is not Generic and one more refill and I have to pay full retail. There is no Generic for this so they force you into something you gave up on or something older. Nothing wrong with Generics. I actually went around the Ins Co and filled another Generic at Walmart. Through Ins, $20 copay, $10.00 cash at Walmart no Ins. Something wrong with this picture?

I just had to go back to my company's healthcare coverage for the fist time in 6 years. What crappy coverage! The first $1800 is out of pocket including drugs. I was paying $25 a month before now it's $180 which is the cost of the drugs. I've been holding off on seeing a doctor for my knee pains because I know the visits and a for sure MRI will come directly out of my pocket. Meanwhile I'm still paying the insurance company $200 month just for myself for the priviledge os saying I'm covered. It funny because I'm paying them $4200 a year out of my pocket but the maximum out of pocket $5000. What the hell happened in 6 years? It's almost like paying to not have insurance anymore

Why are people against a better and more affordable healthcare system? Private healthcare that some companies like mine have is rediculous bordering on useless and expensive. It's been getting worse for a long time. I know Obamacare is probably not the answer but somehow I blame the stalwhorts in congess that this is the best system the administration was allowed to come up with.

Recent events are making me change my mind about this issue. I know I would have to pay someone which is fine, I do want something for my money. Two years ago I had a serious condition, and that company was great. They were bought and everyone is having problems with them. It may be time to rethink.

Now I am still looking for a Canadian Pharmacy. It can be a Mom and Pop. The one that contacted me said they were from Canada, the prescription would be shipped from Singapore. No thanks.

My in-laws live in Phoenix and routinely go to Mexico for dental and medical work. At the same time, they are very vocal about how much they fear "ObamaCare" and socialized medicine. They just don't seem to get it when explain to them that they have to go to Mexico because because of the broken, piece of #$%*, cluster-#$%* our  private healthcare system is.

I don't get how anyone can look at the stats on how much we pay per capita compared to the top 40 or so countries and not recognize that it doesn't work. We pay almost twice as much per capita and there's a HUGE number of people here that can't or don't pay anything. That leaves a very large amount for the lucky few that have insurance and the ability to pay outrageous copayments. Basically, that is who pays for healthcare for everyone. On top of that, we are typically ranked around 33rd internationally in life expectancy.

In my opinion, all citizens of this country and any visitor who sets foot in this country should have access to the best healthcare available.  We are paying MORE than enough into the system to be provided with excellent service but too much of the money goes into profits for private industry. It just isn't working.

Everyone should also have access to an education. For some reason we can have public schools and not one person start screaming about "socialized education".  What is the difference?

We could send our kid to a school that was approved to by the "education insurance" for which our employer pays about $300 per month and we pay about $400 per month. Then when our kid gets on the bus, someone greets them as they enter and makes a copy of their insurance card and has them fill out a few forms. Someone else on bus the has them weigh in, records how many bags they have, how many miles traveled, how long they were on the bus, and any additional services or supplies that may have been needed in case they caused a disruption or made a mess. All of that information can be relayed by dictation to a transcriptionist and then on to the coders so that the third party billing service can try to get the bill sorted and create a document that they can send you "that you will never understand, and also to the insurance company so that they can pay their 80% (after $500 deductible and $3000 maximum out of pocket (which conveniently kicks in at the end of the school year).  Keep in mind that the people that drive the bus, record the student activity, provide the bus, and provide the bus maintenance, all work for different companies so you and the insurance company will all receive four statements and eventually four bills.

Then the bus arrives at school and as your child walks in the door and a new process begins that makes the bus ride seem like child's play.

Hmmmmm.  Kind of makes we wonder if maybe we could just have a small percentage flat tax, reduce the bull#$%* that goes on behind the scenes when a doctor puts a stethoscope to our chest, save everyone an amazingly large pile of money, and provide ourselves with the $5 prescriptions and excellent health care as so many other countries enjoy.  We could quit fighting this bull#$%* "War on Drugs" and fund a very large piece of it -  but that's another story.

Kinda sad when people have to go to a third world country. We need to rethink how things are run around here, and who is running it.

At the risk of getting political, you do realize that the insurance companies are running things, right?

Isn't that what I said?  Insurance companies have enough(read "lots")money to lobby their "friends" in Washington to keep them in the money loop.  They throw around the word "socialism" and too many Americans are too stupid to know that there's a huge difference between socialism, and Fascism or communism, and so that works to keep things from improving.  We, as Americans, have the most advanced medical technology in the world.  It's a damn shame that it's brought down by a system that sucks.

My apologies to the mods for the rant.  I just lost a childhood friend recently, who hadn't worked in a few years, and had no healthcare.  He should still be alive.  This subject is quite raw for me at this time.  Again, my apologies.

I do understand Stan and agree, if your friend was fortunate enough to live in Canada he would probably be alive. And that makes me sad.

Like I have said before if we were to cut offensive military spending in half we could more than afford the best healthcare in the world for everyone in our great land, but like you said our priorities lie elsewhere. And that makes me sad.

Irony can be really funny if it weren't so sad. You ever notice the anti-socilaists in our country have no problem pouring money into our military machine without question? Yet, the US military is the biggest socialist program the world has ever seen. Alright this is getting a little too political I'll stop.

I get spam regarding Canadian Pharmcaies all the time but I've never trusted them. I should have my bro-in-law check out a respectable reputable online pharmacy since he is in Canada. They used to have bus loads of people from Seattle go up to Canada to buy their meds but I think the US pharma industry tried to stop that by lobbying for laws against it.
