Black Case Screws
« on: June 09, 2006, 05:34:13 AM »
Hey, all you other F2 guys...  I'm talking to Jim Spillane about a set of black allen head screws for engine covers.  He says the price will be $14.54 a set, but he needs to order 5 sets to break even.  Anyone else want a set?

Out of curiousity, what is the material used for the screws?  How are they finished in black?  I know allan bolts are available in black, but they're just regular steel bolts as opposed to stainless, if I'm not mistaken.  Rust might be an issue.  I think stainless bolts on a black engine would look great.

So do I. Or buy regular bolts and paint them yourself with VHT black enamel...
