Carb supply line - T-fitting Oring
« on: June 09, 2006, 12:02:39 AM »
This is the T fitting between my pairs of carbs, where the fuel line attaches. One was leaking and the o-rings are toast.  Nothing any of the local hardware stores or auto supply houses have will fit.

So I guess I will order fr a honda dealer although they sort of looked like ordinary hardware.

Which one has cheapest shipping?  Hate to spend $14,99 on shipping for a 25cent part.

I recall having read in the old forum that somebody found the o-rings on a gardening shop...

I used o-rings from a local ace hardware. Outside diameter was a little bigger than stock but they have worked well so far. Ill find exact size and post tomorrow

Now don't beat me up, but I bought an entire set of metric o-rings from Habor-freight for about $9.00 they are the right size and so far no problems.

I went to an industrial supply house that had o-rings. They measured them and found one almost exact.
