New bike to me. Only 1400 original miles but it has been in storage for nearly 10 years. So I wanted new tires on it. Front wheel removal was, of course, a snap, as was the reinstall. But when I put the front wheel back on, the speedo drive is now VERY tight and wants to rotate with the wheel as it turns. It is getting hot to the touch, always a bad sign. I did not touch or change anything when the wheel was removed, so I could not have overtightened the bearings. What am I missing?
