Short little piece about W. T. Macy motorcycle trip up Hwy 1 in CA.
Driven this but never on my bike. Plan to someday.
A puff piece. All I could think of was the movie "Wild Hogs".
Anyway here's the link

It is some incredible riding, at least up here in (somewhat) Northern California.  Domer, Geminimotors, and myself rode from Pacifica to Santa Cruz, which is some of the most beautiful riding I could imagine.  Just look at my avatar ;)  The afternoon wind was a b1tch though!

I'd loved to have had some of that wind! I had 2 days of fog and couldn't see the ocean.
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

If your talking Highway 101, I drove that on my Trumpet in 1960-1, it wasn't bad, seems to me though that the hiway patrol had favourite little places on it set aside just for catching road racers.

Heh that must have been 'summer'!  ;D

I've driven through Oregon down to the Bay Area, absolutely beautiful and I must do it on a bike someday.
