Secret Code for turn signal lights?

Is there some way to tell from the script on the lens of the turn signals, what year or model they are from.  I bought a 400F that has the correct front turn signal but the rear are quite a bit smaller and I believe, not from this bike.

No. The lens shows DOT and JIS numbers for legal purposes, not part I.D.
