Random cb400 sighting

Spotted this 76 cb400 f and followed it to the gas station.Really nice guy and beautiful  bike.Told him about the forum and flashed my patch,a possible new member here in Reno.

Nice tho something strange happening with front fender/wheel.
'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings. Same with 'of' and 'have'. Set and sit. There, their and they're. Draw and drawer. Could care less/couldn't care less. Bought/brought FFS.

Could be a fender for a 19"er...I think those 400f's had 18" fronts.
