What are you needing for your rear master?

The rear master ;)

Mine had a small gouge in the bore...tried to just get a new rebuild kit, but it still leaks. The resulting air in the line causes the rear caliper to seize if I use the brake at all.

A mc just arrived in the mail...gonna pull it apart today and check the condition. Not too hopeful...but for 1.04 on ebay I figured it was worth a try.

Hey all,

It looks like things are in order for Zilla to get form Tulsa to Lincoln Nebraska on the 19th. I took the 24th to the 28th off to get Zilla to Denver CO. I have another rider riding with me so we plan to camp and stay in CO over memorial day weekend. its about a 500 mile ride to Denver for us so I want to give us time to get there and back with time to camp.

is it going to work for the CO riders to meet us in or around Denver probably Friday 25th for the handoff?

Coke here

OK/AR is coming up from Tulsa to Wichita on Friday May 18 then going up to Salina to the motorcycle museum on May 19th.

Who is taking the little monster up to Lincoln? and where are the OK/AR riders being met?

Apex,  weekends are fine with me.  I just need time to make the Utah connection on June 1st with Curemode.  I would like to pull out of here on May 31, maybe camp at Flaming Gorge Reservoir and then head to Evanston, WY for the meet the next day.  I can meet you guys anytime, anyplace prior to that.

I'm planning on moving Zilla up from Salina KS to Lincoln Nebraska on the 19th. I want to make sure the Colorado riders are aware that I'm planing to get Zilla to Denver on the 25th . Is that going to work for you guys???

If so then Colorado riders are welcome to meet us at any point before we get to Denver for the handoff and ride with us to town.

Apex,

Can you cover Friday the 25th? I'll be in Pueblo working. 26th & 27th would work for me for a ride otherwise but again I have no Honda at this point. Terry has a plan though. Are you thinking of heading west on those days? Maybe Terry and I could ride along then. Anyone else? We could always meet up at the campsite if necessary.

Working Monday jacks my days up if we were to stay over. I have Sat & Sun or Mon, Tu & Wed. Plus I have Co Spr to Denver and back to contend with. Are you planning on 1 or 2 days to Craig and back?

Since it's probably you that will be picking up GZ and riding west it should be your call as far as I'm concerned. Whatever works for you then if anyone can join in with you then that's what we should do.

Anyone that wants to ride really needs to get into this discussion soon so you don't get left out. The more the merrier  ;D

Hi!  It is Justin in Texas.  I want to let Jerry and Keith in the Springs know I want to ride with them later in the year, maybe a Saturday in July.  I will be in San Isabel staying at my grandma's mountain cabin.  I think I will trailer my bike up from Texas.  The three of us could ride in the San Isabel area or we could ride around the Springs.  Jerry, Keith what do you think?  Either of you ever ridden in the San Isabel national forest?  You guys would be welcome to spend a night or two at the cabin in San Isabel, it is very big.  Jerry, Keith get back to me, and let's see if we can make this happen.

That'd be great. Where is your grandmother's place. San Isabel NF is scattered. Some beautiful scenery. My bike should be rideable by July too. I'll be gone maybe the last 2 weeks of July though.

Still haven't met up with Keith yet! Hope to soon.

If the ralley passes through CO during memorial weekend I will likely miss out, but no worries. I'll keep watching to see how things come together.

Justin, I would really enjoy riding when you're in Colorado! Have never ridden in San Isabel. Just let us know when and were.

Jerry, will you be around home on Friday evening? I'll be in Briargate at my sister-in-laws graduation party. Would like to duck out and come over if your home.

I'll be working in Burlington Th-Fr-Sa then home late Sat evening after the daughter's gymnastics competition in Denver. Garage day Sunday if you can get away.

Met Ray (?) at Apex last week. He was behind me at the parts counter overhearing the conversation. Said he was restoring a 750 too. Said he sent his head off to an expert back east. I said "Mike" and be looked stunned. Said I'm Rxman and we talked a bit.

Wes,
If i've got it right ........I 135 exit 14 .....  E. 61st N.         QUICKTRIP.  ETA 8:00/8:30pm Friday evening more or less for us. I cross referenced it with Yahoo Maps and Quicktrip store locator and think it is right. It is outside of metro Wichita (downtown) and has real easy entry/exit with lots of room for all our bikes ..... and is north of town.  Is this OK?

Terry, that location your planning for the meet-up looks good and I found it on the map. I'm still waitting on Zac for confirmation on his ability to head your way Friday.

I don't mean to confuse things but I had an idea after looking at the map.... are we dead set on North Wichita for our meet-up? are you guys planning on riding Interstate 35 or bypassing it? I thought El Dorado KS might be a good alternative location if you want to avoid interstate and it cuts 20 miles off our ride and i think yours too. Also good places to camp at El Dorado state park, cheap motels in town, bars, and we can avoid the Friday Wichita traffic. i plan to call you tomorrow and we can discuss

So the plan looks like I'll meet up with Wes on Friday evening, if that works for you, Wes. Where are you staying?

And then I'll head out on Saturday for Craig. I'm looking at being back Sunday afternoon so a one night stay is an order.  Anyone interested?

Maybe. The daughter will be with me that week so I'd have to figure out that issue. I'd let you ride in front with GZ so you wouldn't have to listen to my pipes.  ;D I haven't looked at Trail Ridge opening yet. You? That'd be nice if doable. Otherwise I-70. Do you have a preference of routes? May need to head back earlier Sunday if the kid does a sleepover.

I read trail ridge was supposed to open yesterday but there may have been a delay after the weather we got this weekend. Not totally sure.

I was sorta thinking I-70 to 40 through winter park. After OBR , though, I will see what the mountains are like and that may change the route. I don't mind cold but I don't wanna be an ice cube either.

What time do you think you KS/NE guys are going to be arriving in Denver? And what's your route into Colorado?

It is open! Always a good photo op with those deep snow banks cut. Plus always a good ride and I know how resistant to the cold you lansdscapers are  ;D It's a week and a half. Let's see who else wants to jump in and go from there. What's the OBR route? This Sunday?
