That swingarm is made by " CAL-FAB " of California, which is no longer in buisness. A stock Suzuki arm has extra bracing across the backside of the box section. Also it has a large " X " on top of the box section. Better yet, i found a pic of a GS 1100 arm.........
I think it is one of the "stolen" JMC swingarms.
As far as I know the GS swingarms use a bigger diameter on thr pivot bolt, so you have to sleeve down, or accurately drill your frame..

The GS swingarms use the same size pivot through bolt as the 1973-1980 KZ900-KZ1000's which is 20mm. Note; That is the diameter of the bolt ( 20mm ) as for length..... I don't have a clue.
