Depress valve to remove air, get your fork leg off. Clamp stanchion in soft jawed vice. extend fork leg fully and unscrew the top bolt, carefull of spring pressure at the last threads, withdraw spring. Invert fork over container and pump it to remove oil. slacken the allen headed bolt in the bottom, if damper rotates, temporarily refit spring and top bolt, if damper still rotates remove bolt and spring and insert a long piece of dowel with a chamfered end into the stanchion to engage damper head. have help to hold dowel firmly while undoing allen head bolt. Once damper rod bolt is out carefully lever the dust seal out of the top of lower fork leg, then remove circlip and washer. Stanchion and lower leg can now be seperated. Push stanchion fully into lower leg carefully then pull out sharply as possible, repeat until oil seal is dislodged. Invert stanchion tip out damper rod and rebound spring. The oil seal, special washer and top bush can then be slid off. Remove lower bush only if renewing.
Clean and examine your bits, reassemble in reverse order.
