Topic: What other year / model Comstars fit on my 1977 CB750F?

New member here, but I've been lurking for awhile! So... Hello!  I haven't been able to find an answer to this, so I'll post it here:

I picked up a 1977 CB750F for a song, and it (supposedly) has a bent rear wheel.  It's got the comstars (which I actually like!)

Anyway, I'm looking for a replacement rear.  I'd like to stick with the Comstar, but I'm willing to go with any of the different models if the price is right.  Are there single-disc rear Comstars from other years that are a bolt on replacement? Other CB's? DOHC bikes? Etc?  I'm not picky, I just want to get it on the road!

As a side note, if anyone has a 77/78 supersport rear Comstar for sale, I certainly wouldn't turn it down!

Try Sky Cycle Salvage in Fitchburg Mass.  They have a ton of wheels.  It's a hole in the wall place but they do have some hard to find parts.  Good luck.
