Franken: send it on over!
Your chain issue looks like a fun one. Looks like sectioning the frame might be the way to go. Get a piece of square tubing and cut out a section of the frame, make a  tunnel for the chain to go through .

cool bike, but I made the first one (honducati) when I was 15yrs old I'm 58 now.It was a 150 dream that I wanted to ride in the dirt with my friends wish I had a picture to post of it .A friend wrecked his 250 desmo and gave the good parts after he recovered,a swingarm and the rear shocks that's it, he really crashed and burned! 80 tooth rear sprocket top speed 35mph. What a wet dream it was couldn't keep the front wheel on the ground. The swingarm bushings cost me 50 bucks from a local machine shop Hell, I only had $5 when the guy finally tracked me down my mother answered the door without any knowledge of my order and he demanded cash now! Thought I'd never see another dollar for my efforts mowing lawns for $5 bucks ea. again It looks good like tosee pics when you finish.
rats to ya!

First of all, beautiful work mate, and for once I agree with Lucky, the great work you've done on the swingarm won't hurt anything. I have to say though, I hate those 1980's Kawasaki forks and silly wheels, I guess you used them because they were cheap, but they (in my opinion only) detract from the other great work you're putting in to it.

I think later model conventional forks and readily available modern 17" wheels (or better still, 18" which are a better "fit" on a CB750) would have really set it off, and I think you'll be disappointed with the result if you don't change them, but I really don't mean any offence mate, and I love what you're doing, the engineering side of your build is fantastic! Cheers, Terry. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

I agree with you. I am getting a set of black rim supermoto 17s though.. I had the swing arm and forks, My plan is to build this bike for under $1000 and in about two months. So with that in mind in trying to use what I have. I'm at around $450 right now so I'm doing pretty well(thats with the bike)The next bike I build will be done right. I'll make my own aluminum cr750 tank and do a better job with the suspension. This one is my learner...

And if it wasn't for the little mini fender on these forks I'd probably toss them...

No worries mate, and as I said, I love what you're doing. I've never had much to do with anti-dive forks, they came and went quicker than air forks, but if they really work, well that's gotta be a good thing.

Can you buy complete wheeel assemblies for CB750's from Supermoto? I guess you'd have to ensure that whatever wheel/rim combo you choose could handle the weight of a 500 pound bike? Cheers, Terry. ;D

I'm going to lace a set of black excels to new style triumph hubs(2000ish) and I'll make whatever adapters I need. I think the bike should be pretty light for a cb....

No problem mate, I cringe at some of the "engineering" I see on this site, but credit where it's due, your stuff is excellent. The wheels you're going to build should be great, and I've no doubt you'll adapt them well. Keep up the good work! ;D

I think it's missing some parts mate, like a frame, wheels, seat, etc? Or are you gonna use it for a starter motor for your 750? ;D

 Maybe a cb powered snowblower....
I saw a cb at Daytona this year that was wild..... Small twin with a rigid extended drag frame and modern streetbike forks. .... The tank was cut in half and eash side was mounted below the clone of the frame....
