Ok, going to scrap the ports on the front of the swingarm...... Welding them on the side.... Better line for the hoses....

Beautiful work mate, that was definitely a better idea to mount the lines on the side of the swinger, looks very neat, and I imagine that the slight movement that close to the spindle will be so slight that it won't stress the new lines? If you could take some detailed pics with a good quality digital camera (as opposed to a cell phone camera) and post them I'd really appreciate it, I hate fuzzy cell phone pics! Cheers, Terry.

I used a tube on the return to separate it from the feed line on the oilpump. do not know if it is necessary? Annyway looking gooood

yeah my return line has an extended tube that points the return oil up and away from the pickup.

I work 50hrs a week at my real job(family owned hydraulic/fab shop)... But luckily I don't sleep and I can sneak in some bike parts during the work day.

.... I really want this done for the rhinebeck bike show. Looking pretty grim though...... Still trying to figure out what colors I'm going to paint it.

Sweet. It always helps to have a date in mind and something to aim for. Ive pushed mine back about 6 months so far... Now my goal is for Barber this year.

What are your longer-term plans for it, once it's done and you've shown it?

I half feel like giving you my Morris rims to put on there so it'll have them when I buy this thing off you - but that's financially stupid AND very presumptuous.

I just want you to know that I really, really like this bike so far and I'm excited to see how it turns out.

Noted. My wife and I are both decreasing our bike counts right now, and both making career moves, so a lot is up in the air. No idea when I'll be in the market for a bespoke build, but it is on my bucket list since I've decided that I don't really have time/energy to drive a build project of my own.

I still can't get over how good that tank looks on there. If you asked me what I think of it before seeing it, I would have been sure it would look awful, but it's great. Keep up the good work!

Brazed my vent port to the tank and pressure tested all the welds..... I'm going to make some custom aluminum oil coolers to go on the diagonals....
