I like it mate, you've done some great work. A couple of things I don't like is the wheels, (but I think you said you were changing them?) and I don't like the exhaust. It appears that the collector sits right under the right hand side of the engine, which I presume is reducing your ground clearance to "not much at all". If you want your "Hond-ucati" to handle like a Ducati, that's not a good start, you could probably use that exhaust for a side stand? Otherwise, I love the engineering, particularly the oil tank in the swingarm. Cheers, Terry.

It's really not as bad as it looks, I thought they would have been higher, but the amount of lean is pretty significant.... They are higher than the Leo Vince system on my Ducati!

No worries mate, I can never understand why exhaust builders don't put the collector under the centre of the engine where it's easy to do equal length headers, and you're only gonna get scraped if you ride it over the curb?

Yeah, I know, they need access for oil filter and drain plug removal, centre stands etc, but it only takes me a couple of minutes to drop my original Yoshimura pipe on my K1. Convenience over function can be as bad as form over function, in my humble opinion..........

The Duc tank looks amazing. It reminds me of Gary Nixon's Kawasaki H2R. Nicely done!

If you're gonna run without an airbox, you might want to look into Tintop's anti-pod setup.

Ha!.... Found my problem...... The pilot jets were drilled!!! Freakin like a 3/32 hole in the bastards....

I'm going to be doing a thread on the airbox....... I'm going to be making another fully enclosed unit with a single flat filter......with the same choke setup.

The Ducati tank has the perfect rear for a cafe bike.... I'm going the chop and stretch the next one..... Get rid of the angles in the front.

Bleh, you guys suck. I recently passed on a low miles 900SS for $3500 - wasn't sure how to squeeze it into the garage. Now I'm rethinking it.
