And I quote, "The suit argues that Wolf "is now unable to engage in sexual activity, which is causing him substantial emotional and mental anguish".  Is not an erection required, or recommended, for sexual activity?

I want to take a test ride.

nice thread title - hahaha.

while i dare not laugh at this man's condition for fear that i invite some bad karma and something bad happens to my junk, i do think that his lawsuit is unjustified.  it's one of those things that can happen.  bad luck, not bad design.

a guy i was friends with as kids was really into BMX dirt bike racing/trick riding, and in his early 20s some pelvic artery ended up getting damaged and he spent about $40K on surgeries (on top of what his health insurance covered) to get the use of his manhood back.  took about 3 years, and he was seriously depressed the whole time.

but he didn't sue whoever made his bike and seat.  :P

What's to be depressed about?  Three years, no sex, out $40k.  We live in an entitled age.  ;D ;D
