Has anyone got a Holt alloy race tank fitted to there CR 750, if so can you put up a picture of it fitted to the bike. I sent a letter to Bartell, ordering a petrol tank and a oil tank, and asked them prefered payment method, but never received a reply, so trying to find another supplier.

Hi Tony

Bit of a long shot but Bernie Saunders may be able to help, but a more promising source of supply may be Paul McGhie. PM me if you need any phone numbers.

Cheers

MeadSpeed's CR750 tanks are made by Bartell Engineering (but with a price markup).  MeadSpeed does not have any in stock, and I believe Bartell currently is backed up about 47 weeks.

I ordered a tank set from Bartell a few weeks ago, paying with electronic wire transfer.

Denis Curtis at CMR Racing Products in Belleville Ontario, Canada, offers a CR petrol tank with or without the small rear sump.
Very nice work and uses a little heavier gauge aluminum than Bartel with a choice of Monza cap or a flat/flush aircraft style cap.
