Exhaust length??
« on: April 26, 2012, 11:54:47 AM »
Hey everyone, thanks again for all the help on my build so far, lots of nice fellas on here! I have included a pic of my exhaust as I got it from the PO, I want to know, first off, why someone would cut it where its cut and secondly if it will run like that? I am trying to do a minimalist bobber/chopper sort of build so the smaller, fewer parts is what I want. Thanks for your time!

It's cut there to attract the attention of the fedarales.   ;D Yes, it will run like that but probably not very well.
'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings. Same with 'of' and 'have'. Set and sit. There, their and they're. Draw and drawer. Could care less/couldn't care less. Bought/brought FFS.

Is that cut before the collectors? It'll certainly be loud and will probably run like crap.

Now, I'm not a fan of bobbers, but what would probably work for you is a 4-1 short megaphone, or 4-2/4-1 drag pipes.
