I saw that too but it looks like all the good stuff had long ago been picked through.  All the expensive British and American stuff (I read elsewhere that a guy camped there for weeks picking out all the harley parts bit by bit) is gone and all that seems to be left are mostly incomplete -far too gone- Japanese bikes with some exceptions. What is of most value in there are the shelves of OEM parts.

I just described this to my fiancée by saying I feel like I was looking at a building full of dead puppies. Just the tanks in that building are a large fortune. I can't imagine how much he could have made selling parts rather than scrapping everything.

thats whats left of kohls cycle. i live in lockport. frank was a great guy, alway had the part needed cheap with great advise. he was also a mechanic. my 550s current engine is one i got from him. blew the camchain on the original motor, called frank the next day had my motor. had it sitting in a crate, 1100 original miles, got it for 200$. heard either he or his wife had passed and left the business. there was no mention of it locally what happened. went there a couple years ago for a part and the place was closed, no explination. a few months later parts started showing up on local cl. someone selling whole lots of parts for crazy money. too bad, place was something else, when i went ther for parts frank would take on tour sometime walking for an hour or so looking for the right part. there were acually 3 buildings dating back to the earl days of the erir canal. word is from some of the old timers here frank bought out the old dealerships localy and took there inventory, dont know if its true or not but really miss that place, had a goldmine in my own back yard. carl

Kohl's used to keep non current inventory outside.  This is in Lockport, NY outside of Buffalo.  Alot of this stuff was probably in bad condition to begin with.  I don't think these were jems that went to pot in that building in the pictures.  As was already stated the good stuff had been sold off long ago.  I went to what was left of Kohl's in the early 90s and all he had left was old Japanese bikes all jammed together.  This was before Japanese bikes were considered classics.  They were just old bikes that most people didn't want.  I think some of that stuff is still around.  Every once in while there is a local craigslist ad trying to sell a lot of parts for $20k.  I'm pretty sure its what is left of this stuff.

I would be lucky to come across any bikes here. I don't know where they go. It's all plastic.
'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings. Same with 'of' and 'have'. Set and sit. There, their and they're. Draw and drawer. Could care less/couldn't care less. Bought/brought FFS.
