What's this exhaust?

What's this exhaust? And how does it fit into the engine? Just remove my standard exhaust studs and pop these in and bolt them?

 Order the studs used on 77/78 ForK models

 Could be off any year sohc 750, just have to remove spigots and add studs...

My bikes a cb750 74' K and the poster said this exhaust is off of a 71' K.  Ready to buy it I just need to know how it mounts

Can anyone also tell me what specific exhaust you think that is? Is it a kerker? Does it look like a decent set of pipes? Would u pay $85 plus $55 shipping for it? Cuz I just did lol
