I get a ticket to fix someones problem on their PC at work and they trip out if I am not at their desk within 20 minutes of their call. Well, that call goes through someone else first before it gets to me, I have 20+ other tickets in my queue (some high priority issues, those are first), plus other things I need to do.

Hah, and this one could be just to move deleted email to a personal folder. Yes, you read that right.
