Sorry to drag this thread back up but I found it very informative and specific to my question so this may help others. The press fit slow jets are difficult to find and much more expensive then other pilots, but I cameacross this statement at motorcyclecarbs.com :
---------Honda CB750's and some other late 60's and 70's Hondas with Keihin Carbs have a press in jet that looks like the N424-22. The Press In version is no longer available, but the N424-22 series jet is actually the right jet only it has threads on it. The threads are the right outside diameter, and you can just add a healthy application of blue or purple locktite to seal the threads even though the threaded jet presses in nicely.------
Anyonehave an opinion on this? It's the difference between $8.50 and $42 for the jets.
