over the counter motor oil for CB 550 ?

It's kind of a Duh ? question , but I need to change the oil in a CB 550 and although the FAQ's mention 10-40 "mineral oil" does anyone have a brand they use? that I can get at the auto parts stores...no Honda dealers around here and the only shop is a Harley Shop that sells......perhaps the most expensive oil in the world!  Help !!!
