Kidney belt?

Do you wear one? I typically put it on for longer rides or when it's under 40 or so.

My subjective feeling is it helps with fatique.

What is your experience?

Funny, I hadn't thought about them in a long time. I used to wear one years ago for off road riding because it seemed that I had to stop to take a leak every 20 minutes. At the time, I thought it helped.

I always used to wear one off-road.  I'm thinking about adding one under my race leathers for safety depending on how well it fits with a chest and back protector.

I've read many positive reviews about Velocity Gear and their Juggernaut body armor offers integrated kidney belt.
