does the 25mm splined washer (#15) go between the basket and the clutch center?

the splines on the center shaft end about 5mm before the basket. Does the spline washer go into that space between where the splines and and the face of the basket?






ALSO: the cupped washer - should it appear convex or concave when it's on the center shaft?
