Here is my almost free set up from miscellaneous parts culled from the shop and a length of fuel line I bought. I drilled a hole at the bottom of the tank and J B Welded a brass bung threaded into the plastic
(I actually tapped the plastic and then coated everything with the J B and threaded it in. I even added a spring for strain relief! lol It has now held up for like 5 years.) I need to add a valve still though, I just clamp the fuel line for now for crude on/off action.
The leaf-blower gas tank came from my weirdo tweaker neighbor, who was always collecting and stripping all sorts of junk and stuff. I traded a 40oz. of cheap beer for it, if I recall.....lol. He was annoying as heck but I did score numerous odd ball parts and tools from him and his "scrapping" endeavors, in trade for cheap beer.
