Bare Aluminum

Oil pan and oil filter casing were both stripped to bare aluminum. What options do I have for rust inhibitors?
Ideally some type of clear coat would be great.

Any insight would be most appreciated... ?

AlumaGlow works great.  I've also heard people have had pretty good results with VHT wheel clear coat.

being its just the oil filter casing and the drain pan, would i have to "cure" the paint?

Don't have to, but the oil filter casing typically takes quite a beating being right behind the front wheel and all.  Curing it will help it hold up a lot better.
