So after being a bit frustrated, because everything checked out. I got a little crazy and I tugged on each wire where it connected to the resistor cap. Guess what? Cylinder 1 pulled off with (a little) force. Strange, I looked inside and only half of the little bronze screw thing was there. The other half..... in the wire still. I ordered Brand new NGK 5ohm caps (hope those are right) cut each wire back about a 1/4 inch and it runs amazing. So if you cant figure out why you have a very subtle miss from time to time, check your caps..... They're cheap enough.

Yep. If you've never replaced the caps on your bike it's almost a guarantee they need it! :)

thats mostly my first reply to ignition questions,how old are the caps,those caps you ordered are fine.
