 Someone could get into an "agreement" and produce ujnder license (or agreement), IF the owner of the name is agreeable..

 A buddy of mine makes gasoline globes, and has made arrangements with companies like Mobile Oil..

Jon/Frank, if RC own the rights to these banners, do you think they would object if all proceeds went to them. We are not talking royalties where the owner only gets a %.
If RC do own the rights, or if they had them commissioned and paid for them, then the rights belong to RC Engineering and they can decide for themselves.

 Your right Sam.      I know for a fact that Jr owns the R.C. ENGINEERING copyrights and to the Collins name also. He told me himself during our meeting when he brought up the idea to start making R.C. Headers again. As to if he would reject your idea for the banners only he knows.  Some people don't like others having any control at all to their empire.  Just saying.  I hope the idea goes through in any way possible so that we all can enjoy any type of memorbilia that comes forward.
