Topic: CB750A - Rear Grab Bar and Indicators

Hi, I have just purchased a grab bar from a 1978 cb750A to use on a similar bike that I intend to restore. My question is about the indicators on the bar, they are the smaller type with the deeper lens cover, the type normally used here in Europe. Can anyone tell me if these are correct for the model/year. I am on Ireland and as the CB750A was never sold here information is difficult to find.

Man, I'm surprised no one answered by now.  Small / large are relative terms, so it is hard to answer.  I know mine are pretty big.  Try googling cb750a and look at the images - maybe you'll find something there.

If you are familiar with the 2 types used on the CB's, the smaller deeper type were used through 1974 model year and the bigger flatter type were 1975 to at least 1978.
The indicator mounting tabs on the grab bars are slightly different in size too.

Here's a pic of a 76 - but should be the same (you could check Honda part numbers to be sure).
