I tried searching, but I couldn't really think of terms that would actually get me the results I need.

Right now I have a 110/90, and the tire doesn't fit under the fender. I don't have a fender I can measure right now.

Does anyone have any suggestions for aftermarket fenders that will fit a wider tire? From what I'm seeing the price of a new tire and new fender are about the same. What should I be looking for in an aftermarket fender?

You have to consider that the stock fender is also your fork brace.
I don't have a motorcycle, sold it ('85 Yamaha Venture Royale).  Haven't had a CB750 for over 40 years.

I know. Which is why I kinda want to keep the stock fender. I was hoping to also get some suggestions on aftermarket fenders that would act as a fork brace as well (do any do this?). If not I'd just get a regular fork brace and just run fenderless (I don't ride in the rain unless I get caught in it).

I am not familiar with the 550 but I have not seen anything like a fender/fork brace combination as a replacement.  You could run an aftermarket fork brace (If you can find one or have one made -tkat.com) and mount a fender to the brace(?).  That may get you the freedom you are looking for.

Personally, run the proper tires. I had fatter tires, and good ones, Dunlop 103 D Arrowmax's.

The new ones, which are real metrics of the proper 2.75 size, the bike handles much better.

I guess that assumes you are running a stock bike...
