counter shaft and more chain wear on the case, I wiped off a bunch of aluminum shavings in the chain lube on the motor as well.

flat side which was facing the inside, not the shiny wear from the chain.


this is the old worn out 630 sprocket I replaced last june, no clue what brand it is. It had the big washer on the outside with another washer, lock washer and bolt.



Will put the sprocket back on facing the proper way and install a new chain and see what happens, hopefully it will be solved. I have a 3-4 day trip in july I'd like to go on seeing as my long weekend ride is toast this weekend...
