Brake problems

I just started rebuilding this 78 honda cb 75f ss, the front and rear brakes do not work at all, I have loosened all the bleeders and I only get a little fluid from the left bleeder valve, also both the foot and hand pedals are like your pushing nothing, they are really soft, any ideas ??

Fill up the front brake reservoir, and try and bleed one caliper at a time.. maybe some fresh fluid pumped through your brake system may help if it is not a stuck piston/s in the calipers.
