from 4-1 exhaust to 4-2 jetting

I am thinking about getting a 4-2 mac exhaust but was wondering about the chances of me having to rejet.  Pondering whether or not it would even be worth it. can anyone speculate?

Performance wise is there much difference between the two? I will be parting out a CB550E that has 4 to one.
