New Guy in the Little Apple

Hey Everyone!

I just bought (finally) my first motorcycle, it is a '74 CB550 and I can't wait to get it running and actually ride it!  This site has been absolutely amazing in all the knowledge that it contains, I don't think I would have been nearly as optimistic about working on the bike if it weren't for all you guys.  While I'm currently in Manhattan Kansas (I just finished up with school, whoo hoo!) I'll soon be heading south to Texas and am looking forward to the extended riding season.  ;D

Oh, oh, you forgot the required picture of your bike.  ;) Welcome. Keep us posted on your progress on the bike.

Haha, yeah the only picture of the bike that I have is from the seller.  I started dismantling it before I ever took a picture of it in my garage!
