You are likely to have corrosion in the stock fusebox as it appears to have some corrosion from what i can see. Clean and polish the fuse contacts...
But if there is corrosion in the contacts back assembly it is likely you would have to dissassemble the contacts buss bar from the plastic as it probable has corrosion between riveted metal that attaches to the brass fuse contact spring clips.
If you switch to 10k or 1k ohm range and measurebetween each contact on the back to your brass contact on the front you can see if they read zero or greater than zero. Anything above zero is a measure of the corrosion.

Hondaman has a waterproof fusebox replacement with modern auto blade style fuses...little pricey but worth it.
Or buy a bunch of waterproof fuse holders and solder them in in-place of your current fuse box.

ya i will take my time and clean them up..... but the thing is i check to make sure this hasent fully rendered my fuse box useless with corrosion which it hasnt. but i will clean it up no doubt.

im just not getting any power on the 7a section of the fuse block that has the brown and red strip wire i believe i need for the headlight.

i even tested the wire harness itself with the fuse box detached and checking inside the connector conected to the wire harness and nothing  :'(

what does these 2 spots highlighted in blue mean?

does the big circle with the dot mean stock honda solder point

and the other inline square on the smaller circle mean theres something like a fuse or something inline?

xs that 7a fuse gets its power from the start sol. follow the red wire. Look at the start sol. and see if it has a small red wire.

ok thats weird because in my fuse block this is how the fuses are set up

brown 5a (this has 12v)

brown with red strip 7a (nothing)

2 red wires 15a (this has 12v)

the brown 5a seems to deal with the right hand on/off switch control. this controls my LED tail lights, LED licence plate light, tach and speedo (this has constant 12v)

brown with red strip 7a is the same color as the one in the left hand control to control the high/low beam switch (no 12v)

red 15a is for the starter solenoid and all that other stuff (this has constant 12v)

That is a bullet connector.

ow ok  :)

so question at hand do all the fuses have a 12v current on them at all times with the ignition on

because the brown and red strip wire in the harness from honda is spliced into the back wire that is 12v. so do u think in my stock wiring loom its disconnected?

When your ignition is on there should be power going through all 3 fuses.
'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings. Same with 'of' and 'have'. Set and sit. There, their and they're. Draw and drawer. Could care less/couldn't care less. Bought/brought FFS.

yup im not getting the 12v for the fuse and wires needed for the headlight.....

this thread will be resurrected when i go home to work on the bike again. im going to go through all the cables in the headlight bucket to make sure everything in connected properly like all of them to see if that will power up the headlight fuse.

from the wire diagram there is a brown with white strip 12v wire that splices into the brown with red strip wire i need to get working in the fuse block to make the headlights go on

Work back from the switch with your tester on continuity.

Work back from the fuse that hasn't power, it will be simpler.
