- four page article on Carpy's cafe racers and a four page spread on stock CB750's.

I'm happy for Carpy, but I bet Cafes are the next step after choppers. Wanna bet in one year you will have Carpy on a major TV program, just like Jesse James? Then, expect old Honda's price to skyrocket.

Still prefer all my five CB750s in stock condition but cafe racer and chopper versions are also classics. More stories about SOHC CB750s the better!

I let my subscription run out dammit. I have the renewal form right in front of me...just sitting there. I was wondering why they didn't have a feature on the SOHC4 in the first issues that I got. I guess they were waiting to do this article

As many of you know, I borrowed (stole) ideas for my bike from Carpy. Hell, he provided some of the parts and the seat

Anyway.......I was out on a tear the other day. As I pulled into a parking spot at the pub, this guy comes walking with wide open eyes straight towards me. He says..WOW I just saw your bike in Cycle Magazine. Took me a moment and then remembered Carpys last mag feature and had to spill the beans that mine was not the bike in the Mag

Still, it was kind of fun

Theres a guy in Eastern NY who has a shop full of Carpy style bikes that he builds and sells. I saw a couple on Ebay a few weeks ago. Less than $1000.00 last I saw. Kind of Spooky seeing a photo of his shop with what looks like 10 bikes that were all the same. I mean they were all black, with the logo and checkers.

Anyone know where I can pick up a copy in Orlando, FL? I went to a few bookstores looking for it. When I asked about the magazine the clerks just looked at me like an alien had just fallen out of my head. "Soooooo I take it you DON'T carry it then..."
