Is there a reverse-table for Honda part codes?
« on: June 13, 2006, 02:19:25 AM »
I need some oils seals for the forks of my Sanglas bike. Problem is that Sanglas shut doors two decades ago...

As seals are pretty much standard, I was wondering if there is a way to know a Honda part code -if any- for an oil seal that measures 42 x 52 x 8. While some other parts, as bolts, form the part code depending on the measurements, oil seals are not the same. Can somebody help with that?

Best regards

Raul

Thanks a lot Duster. I made a couple of phone calls and found a bearing shop that will have a set for me on thursday. I will post with the result.

They should be just fine, provided that oil seals and bearings are just standard and not brand-related. As long as the quality is good...
