New addition to our family
« on: May 21, 2012, 03:34:39 AM »
Well we finally took the plunge, the missus and I have been thinking of getting a dog for the last couple of months, my last dog died last year and I wasn't overly keen on jumping in and getting another one.  That is until I met this little guy, he is a cavalier king charles spaniel, he is 7 weeks old and we pick him up next Tuesday.  We walked into the house to have a look at the pups and this little guy came charging straight over to me and tried to climb my leg and that was it I was sold. ;D

I'm not overly fond of dogs, but one of those could easily change that!

So regal looking. And intelligent dogs too, my first childhood pup was nearly identicle. All yu guys/gals adding family members makes me wanna do the same.

nice looking pup mate. We got one of those crossed with a small poodle and it's a great dog.  She is nearly two years old and I'm just trying to sort out how she can come on the bike with me when I go and visit my grandfather (probably on the tank somehow )

I just can't wait to get him home, the one we are getting him from won't let him go until he is 8 weeks old, which is fair enough.  If his parents are anything to go by he will be a great little pup, it was the first time I have ever gone to look at pups and neither of the parents barked or growled at us when we turned up, they were just happy to see more people, which is the type of dog I need.
