Choke on my new 550K3
« on: May 10, 2005, 01:22:10 AM »
So now I've got a lovely bar-mounted choke.  But it won't stay on!  As soon as I let go it slides right back in and the engine stops.  This is worse than the old carb-mounted lever on the 500!

Is/was there a mechanism where the choke actuation can be adjusted on these?

The "rod" has a "D" section so cannot be twisted. Maybe its just supposed to be an interference fit (maybe the PO oiled it!!)
