(Copied and pasted this from the wrong section) Don't hit me, just hear me out. My bikes a dual overhead cam with CV exhaust. 1980 CB750C. (The worst for airpods, I know) I've read two instances where people put these pods in CV carbs without having to rejet at all. In one instance the guy carved away the inside edge of the pod so it wasn't blocking a small partitioned crescent shaped port at the top of the air intake side of the carb. In a second instance a guy took a thin plastic cone (the top 3 inches from a soccer cone) and inserted it inside cheap pods in an attempt to restrict airflow, thus canceling out the need to restrict it via jets. I don't mind spending a whole day diddling around with this to get it right as long as you guys think it's a sound idea. I'm also not looking to win any races or trophies. I simply want to remove my airbox because it's a pain in my ass as far as accessibility is concerned and it looks retarded. I appreciate the amount of work that has gone into it's design, but I am willing to sacrifice a little for something as superficial as aesthetics.
Thanks.
