italian sohcs
« on: May 23, 2012, 05:10:34 AM »
well, the italian sohc4 club had its yearly meeting this weekend

pics in flickr are a bit too arty / cool-ish to my taste (the hip style plague has reached these shores too) but stiil worth watching

this bike for instance was really good looking in a true old school way, i.e. no heat wrap / brat / fat firestones BS :)

I like that exhaust, what kind is it? it looks a bit different than the other 4-4's I've seen for racing. but my eyes could just suck

My best guess would probably be custom handmade, look like Swarbrick racing pipes.

'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings. Same with 'of' and 'have'. Set and sit. There, their and they're. Draw and drawer. Could care less/couldn't care less. Bought/brought FFS.

Why not? Does Italy have a trade restriction on motorcycle exhaust pipes from foreign locales?

Obviously a non-alcohol event  :o

The guy seemed happy that his carbs got synched ... if the readings before were true it must have made quite a difference.

From my little knowledge of Italian (none at all) ... I think the plywood sign said "If the van's a rockin' .. don't come a knockin'"  ::)
