Topic: cb 125s is beating me up..

Ok folks. quick run through. 78 cb 125s. stock motor converted over to 12 volt. stator, new rect/reg, no battery just running big capacitor. all led except 25 watt headlight bulb. It appears to wired properly, went through it several times and re-checked. Im getting major hyper flash. even out of the tail light. turn left and the all signals go on,,, same with turning right... i tried some resister in the front blinkers wired inline but not change. the tailight is integrated all in one... i also have electronic relay in. wtf is going on here? anyone run into this...

Very nice little Cafe Racer CB125S you have there..,sorry I've never done any LED systems,but if i did I'd help.Did you get the bike running well with the 12 Vt. swap from another Cb125? or did you still use the Standard O.E. harness etc. ? What's your first name ?

Im Chris.

It was a stock bike with 800 miles on it. It idles and revs really smoothly. Mid and top range are a little boggy. I need some fine tuning. I think the pod filter is making it very difficult. Im almost done with the pipes and baffles so that may help a bit too.

All the wiring being in series is probably why im confused. Im waiting for a true electronic low amperage flasher relay to see if that helps. we'll see...

Not sure about the flashing on the LED. When i did my 12v conversion I ran a battery. As for running pods and open exhaust, I did that. Mine ran terrible with a straight pipe so i built and welded in a baffle. Ran much better and the sound was better as well.
