Looks just like the hooker I have. I don't have the correct exhaust clamps, so I had to take it off :-(

I believe that you're 100% correct.  May I ask about the problem you encountered with your exhaust clamps?  They look to be the same as mine.

The spigots we have are the same (came with the hooker, not the same as OE)

The half moon things tht press between the spigots and head are different. The hooker pipes are larger diameter than the stock pipes, so those half moon clamps don't fit around the hooker pipes right.

Anyways, I'd certainly like the hooker to fit properly, it sounds glorious.

You can modify a set of stockers to fit if you've got a grinding wheel

I think they are referring to exhaust collars but to answer your question the brake hoods are not irrelevant at keeping fork oil from seeping onto your disc! And these forks will leak eventually. Ask me how I know.

I'd love to see how, I bent a spare set of stock ones to match the curve of the larger pipe, but they leaked at the head (with new gaskets)

 Post where you are..  Myself I would measure it up, machine a flanged bushing X4 that fits, then split em on the saw. That would fix.. many aftermarket exhausts came with their own collar sizes.

or about that exhaust not fitting u can always just send it to me and ill ummm hold it for you until u get an exhaust that will fit 

freaken sick ass exhaust though wish i could find one!

idk if its just the camera angle but do u have to drop the exhaust to get to the oil filter? because it looks like on of the pipes kinda come infront of it

I've just heated and hammered them. Machining a flanged bushing sounds awesome. I may try and cut thm in half, might fit better.

I do love how it looks, just wish i had the right parts.

I went ahead and ordered a motogpwerks yoshi copy. Its really well made, but not near as cool.

You gotta pull the exhaust for an oil change.

 I think you read me wrong, you machine a (carefully measured up) bushing with a projecting lip ..called a flange bushing..cut that in 1/2 make 2 pieces = enough for 1 pipe..
 Got ones that dont fit ?.. cut them all you want.. still wont fit...
