rubber bushing under seat
« on: May 22, 2012, 04:43:06 PM »
Hi all,

I need help yet again. Im looking for replacements for the round rubber bushings that are mounted to the frame under the seat of my 1978 cb750k. There are 5 of them and 3 bolt directly to the frame while 2 use nuts. I cant find them on any OEM site, although maybe Im calling them the wrong thing?

thanks!

Rubber door stops.   :)

Not for rubber doors....stops made out of rubber...to stop doors.     ;D
'Then' and 'than' are completely different words and have completely different meanings. Same with 'of' and 'have'. Set and sit. There, their and they're. Draw and drawer. Could care less/couldn't care less. Bought/brought FFS.

You can not find them I think a PO made a mod. I have two seats and they are both the same The part you are looking for are mounted to the seat NOT the frame There are five of them and they are part 5 on the fiche Look at the seat on the fiche. Also they are not round they are rectangular.

If you want to find OEM parts check out bikebandit.com or cmsnl.com. They have great exploded views of just about every sub assembly on these old bikes.
