My bike started off as a barn stored bike covered in rust. Seized up motor. Currently working on rebuilding the motor but here is how the frame sits currently. I have 'upside down' clip ons. Unfortunately I don't believe I'm going to be able to have shiny chrome wheels like pictured because the one I have on the front here is from a 79 that I bought which will not work on this bike. I really want nice chrome wheels but not sure it's in the budget. I might have to paint them for now.

I'll post more pictures as things progress

I'm going for the most minimalistic bike that I can. Here's a mock up of the rear fender, although it will be tilted up further when I install it.

For the record, here she was when I rolled her off the back of the trailer and pushed into her new home. seized motor, custom drag pipes (which are actually kind of cool if they weren't so gone). $150. I'd buy these all day long for $150

Here's the color I'm going with. You can't see it too well here but it's called "aged copper" and is a metallic paint so it's glittery in the sun!!

Engine is coming along. I had it all together once and then realized I didn't put the piston rings in right so I took it apart and fixed it. Upon the 2nd time putting it together I bent up 2 of the bottom oil rings. Ordered another set it will be here then the motors going back in.

Here's a couple new pics I got the wheels and tires on. Still need to make a seat pan

Looks kewl man.

However, right side fork as you're sitting on the bike appears to be on backwards. The bolt holes for the fender should face the tire.

Good looking though.

LOL thanks for pointing that out! Yeah It's just hacked together right now for the most part. Bolts aren't even tightened up on anything but the motor. Trying to get that done I've got to paint the forks still and a lot of other little things. I also have to figure out what's going on with the rear wheel spacing I think it's on wrong right now. need new sprockets and chain so I'll figure it out when I get there!

It should be a cool little bike. It's hacked together in a lot of ways but I like it! I think it's a little unique in it's own backyard junkie kind of way

I need a smaller headlight than the stock one, since the bike is so stripped down that headlamp just looks beastly. I am recently unemployed so money is going to be tight for the bike from here on out though. Sad!!!

Love it, wish mine would idle like that, and mine tagged and I ride it to work perty much every day....

Get about 40 mpg, so if I could get it running right, I'm sure it would get more.

I really like the looks of that bike, I'm just don't have the guts to do something like that to mine.
